Virohana LLC – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Virohana LLC. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. What’s covered

We accept returns and refunds (or exchanges / store credit) for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described.

For products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, you may request a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you received your order.

After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange (unless the item is defective or was damaged in shipping).
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including seals, labels, tags).

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt or confirmation email).

For essential oils and tea products: fragrances, opened bottles, tinctures, or teas once opened may not be accepted for return (hygiene / safety / freshness reasons).
4. What We Do Not Accept / Final Sale Items
The following are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund (unless there is a fault or damage):

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (especially essential oils, consumables, teas).

Perishable / consumable items once sealing is broken.

Sale or clearance items (if explicitly marked “final sale” at checkout).

Customized or specially packaged orders.
5. Return Process
If you want to return an item:

Contact us at info@virohana.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return/refund.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Upon approval, we will send you instructions including any return shipping label (if applicable).

Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
6. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, you can choose a full refund, a store credit, or an exchange (same item or similar).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit if you prefer).

Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

For defective or damaged items: return shipping is covered by us.

For returns due to change of mind / buyer’s remorse: return shipping is paid by the customer.

No restocking fee will be charged, but we reserve the right to deduct a small processing charge (e.g. handling & inspection cost) if the item is not returned in its original condition — and we will clearly disclose that in the return instructions.
8. Sale of Products Internationally / Shipping Abroad

For international orders (outside the U.S.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Customs, duties or import taxes that were paid on the original purchase are non‑refundable.
9. Damaged or Faulty Items / Shipping Damage
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will either issue a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer — at no extra cost.
